I'm Michelle and I lost almost £7,000 on a secondhand car that I bought from a private car seller in the UK.
I lost all this money because I didn't do all the checks on the car before I bought it.
The car (a Volkswagen Passat) seemed perfect but I had no idea it had been in a big car crash and been repaired. The car was an insurance write-off.
I paid £7,500 for the car but in actual fact it was only worth about £500 because of its history.
I decided to put together a mini blog in the hope that others would use my information and avoid making the same costly mistakes I made.
Click here and read all about it.
If you're about to go out and buy a used car please read what I have to say first.
Thank you.
Michelle.
